I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.

The commissioner must read, understand and agree to all the ToS terms before entering into an agreement with the artist. By sending payment, the client automatically approves reading and accepting the ToS.

Communications about the commissions between the client and artist will take place either through mail at [email protected] or the linked commission site (Vgen or Ko-fi; if possible) for the purpose of record-keeping and consolidation. Communicating for commissions with a client using any social media (Instagram, Discord, etc.) will be up to the artist to decide if they want to use those platforms.

Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.

The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.

Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront. This includes reference materials and assets before any work begins.

Client warrants that the vision/character design and reference material provided to the artist are legally obtained and authorized for use by the client.

Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject.

Mood boards are welcome!

Write in a clear and concise manner when filling out the commission form.

Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.

Respond in a timely fashion.

Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.

Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.

Change, trace, modify, or edit any of my artwork and claim it as your own!

Take complete credit for the finished artwork!

Post my work on social media without my signature or proper credit!

Resell the commission as another commission, print or NFT!

Breaking these rules WILL result in a warning and going any further will result in a blacklist and will not be allowed to commission me any further.

The client will retain all rights to their respective characters/OCs. But this does not allow them commercial rights to the commissioned artwork. (Which can be obtained by purchasing a commercial license if the client wishes to).

Print the work for personal use.

Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.

Use the artwork as reference for a study.

Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

Claim the artwork as yours.

Remove my watermark/signature.

Paint over or otherwise alters the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.

Color in my sketches or lineart.

Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

Once the final artwork is done and approved (unless there were any revisions), a refund is not permitted.

You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done. Keeping in mind the time as well.

I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time, for personal reasons/unable to complete the work in said time.

You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.
